Tilapia with green beans and rice.
Very simple and easy to make dinner. I love tilapia soo much. It always comes out so perfectly.
The tilapia was soo flakey and delicious! It’s topped with bread crumbs and butter. (Sprinkle bread crumbs over top of fish, add a few thin patties of butter).
Baked at 375 F for 15 minutes. It is very easy to over cook, so keep an eye on it.
To ensure a perfectly cooked tilapia, after 10 minutes in the oven, use a fork and gently stab the thickest part of the fish to see if it goes in easy, or the fish flakes. If it’s undercooked (not done yet), the fork won’t go in as easy. Cook for a few more minutes. Overcooked=dry fish.
The green beans were boiled, added a little butter or olive oil, and salt and pepper it.
