Meatloaf sandwich!!
Homemade meatloaf with a sunny side up egg with ketchup sandwich! Egg yolk porn! The ooey gooey amazing yolk just burst open as I cut the sandwich in half, covering the delicious, juicy meatloaf below it.
This was seriously the bestest sandwich I have ever made and eaten in my entire life. SO GOOD.

Homemade cheeseburgers and french fries for dinner tonight!
Happy #Nationalcheeseburgerday!
Made these juicy burgers coincidentally on this day.
I love making homemade burgers! You know what’s in them, they are juicy and super delicious.
For any of my homemade burgers, I always make burger sauce-Homemade sauce. I like my bread de-crusted on any burger or sandwich :)
I used regular hamburger meat, chopped lettuce, and my sauce to top this burger off.
I formed hamburger meat patties and broiled on high and added cheese last minute in the broiler.
Paired this deliciousness with some crinkle cut fries.
Simple, delicious, easy to make, and one of my fave meals to eat and make!
Broccoli, potato, egg, and cheese scramble!
SO GOOD, SO DELICIOUS, AMAZING DISH.
I had left over broccoli from last night, an extra potato, eggs, and cheese in the fridge, so I thought I should make a egg scramble with all of this for lunch!
And it was AMAZING.
Basically, use whatever you’d like in it, add everything to a skillet, and scramble! Add the cheese last and salt and pepper it up.
SO good. Try it now, and eat it now. :)
It’s healthy, and delicious.
Pan fried pork dumplings for lunch! So good! (Taken with Instagram)
Spaghetti and meatballs with green beans for dinner!
I had previously froze a batch of meatballs in the freezer and thawed them out for tonight’s dinner. This was a super easy and delicious meal. Simple yet yummy. :)
The pasta can be substituted with any pasta of your choice, like whole grain or zucchini squash pasta! I used regular pasta. The sauce was a jarred sauce (I really want to make my own soon). All topped with parmesan cheese. The beans were flash boiled, so they still have their green color and some crunch to it, added a little unsalted butter and salt/pepper to it :).
